Dr. Ramdev is fellowship trained, and board certified in vascular and general surgery. He received his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School, (NH) and then fulfilled his internship and residency in surgery at the University of Rochester (NY). Dr Ramdev completed his training with a fellowship in Vascular and Endovascular 
Surgery at Harvard Medical School  / Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. Dr. Ramdev was later appointed to the faculty at the University of Miami / Miller School of Medicine as Assistant Professor of Vascular Surgery. There he trained vascular surgery interns and residents and performed numerous vascular, endovascular and vein procedures at Jakcson Memorial Hospital, one of Florida's largest and busiest hospitals. 
Dr. Ramdev's extensive clinical experience includes all aspects of arterial and venous surgery, as well as minimally invasive / endovascular procedures. Dr. Ramdev specializes in open and endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms, endovascular repair of thoracic aortic aneurysms, endovascular treatment and bypass surgery for peripheral arterial disease, carotid artery surgery, and minimally invasive non-surgical treatment of varicose veins. Dr. Ramdev practices vascular surgery at Indian River Medical Center and Sebastian River Medical Center.
